President / CEO
Larry brings over 45 years of commercial construction experience from New York City and the surrounding metropolitan area to Florida’s growing market. As a licensed Florida Certified Building Contractor, he combines deep industry knowledge with a hands-on, solutions-driven approach to every project.
His background spans office build-outs, retail spaces, healthcare facilities, and educational institutions. Now based in Southwest Florida, Larry helps clients successfully execute renovations and new construction projects with excellence.
Teresa Tomita
Executive
Teresa brings more than 30 years of commercial construction experience in New York City. She has managed complex, multi-million-dollar projects from preconstruction through completion for leading general contractors.
Her project experience includes prestigious work such as the Irish Arts Center in Manhattan, along with a wide range of commercial interior and renovation projects. Highly organized and detail-oriented, Teresa ensures every project is delivered with quality, efficiency, and attention to detail.
