Lawrence has over 40 years of experience in the construction industry. Working for many leading general contractors in the NYC Metropolitian area.
He has worked for well know companies in all industries from retail for Macys in their flagship Herald Square location in Manhattan, IBM data center, NYU Langone operating rooms, to countless commercial office spaces.
Lawrence also has worked on several high-end residential projects, as well as new out-of-the ground high rise buildings.
Lawrence has a background in construction technologies and is knowledgeable in structural steel, electrical, HVAC and plumbing.
He has hands-on experience working as a handyman performing many residential renovations over the course of his career.
